The San Vicente festivities in Nules are renowned for their parade, which has been declared a Provincial Tourist Interest Festival since 2021. This event draws thousands of people and is notable for the active participation of the Quintas.
This year, the Quinta of 1999 was in charge of organizing the celebration. Following tradition, the Quintas paraded through the urban streets with decorated carts pulled by horses, accompanied by music. The procession concluded on San Vicente Street, where they paid tribute to the saint by circling the traditional bonfire.
The day continued with the handover of the banner to the Quinta of 2000, who will be responsible for organizing next year's festivities. This ceremony took place in front of the canopy set up for the event in the Plaza Mayor. The celebration will conclude this afternoon with the traditional mass and procession in honor of San Vicente.
The San Vicente festival in Nules was established by the Quinta of 1961 and is now deeply rooted among the residents of the municipality, being one of the most anticipated events of the year.
