The event, held at Onda's Monaco Theater, featured a renowned former international basketball player and communicator. His talk focused on topics such as leadership, communication, and the importance of teamwork, both in sports and in professional and personal life.
During the presentation, the former athlete shared experiences and lessons from his career, which includes an Olympic silver medal and numerous European and league titles. After his sports career, he transitioned into the world of communication and outreach, where he has continued to apply principles of team management and high performance.
“"Onda Inspira has consolidated itself as a space to listen to people who have achieved great goals and who share valuable lessons about effort and teamwork with us. These types of initiatives turn Onda into a meeting point for reflection, learning, and continued personal and collective growth."
The 'Onda Inspira' cycle will conclude its program for this year on May 20 at 7:00 PM at the La Cassola cultural space. The final conference will be given by an expert in talent and leadership, with extensive experience in sports and business, who has served as academic director of a university school and currently works on developing high-performance teams. Attendance will be free, with prior registration on the municipal website.
This cycle has established itself as one of the most prominent proposals on the municipal agenda, focusing on emotional well-being, personal growth, and motivation. It has brought national figures from sports, communication, and personal development to Onda. The current edition began last March with a presentation on self-demand and adversity management, and previous editions have featured prominent figures in emotional intelligence and self-improvement.
