The town of Burriana is preparing to host the 2026 Spanish Jet Ski Championship, which will take place from May 8 to 10 at Arenal beach, solidifying its position as a key location for nautical sports.

Following the success of the previous edition, Burriana will once again be the epicenter of national jet ski racing. The event, already part of the Royal Spanish Motonautics Federation's calendar, will bring together the national elite in Circuit and Rallyjet disciplines.
The official presentation was held at Arenal beach itself, a venue that last year hosted an edition that attracted thousands of fans and over 90 top-level pilots. The Burriana City Council thus reinforces its commitment to the coastline as a space for major sporting events.

"Burriana is preparing to surpass last year's benchmark with a weekend full of action, where residents and visitors can enjoy the competition for free."

the Sports Councilor
The championship is supported by the Motonautics Federation of the Valencian Community, the Superior Sports Council, and the collaboration of entities such as Jet Ski Sail, the Burriana Yacht Club, Marina Burriananova, and the Escola de la Mar de la Generalitat.
The Tourism Councilor emphasized that the image of Arenal filled with fans confirms that Burriana is the perfect setting and strengthens its path to consolidate itself as a nautical reference in Spain. For three days, Arenal beach will become a meeting point for lovers of speed and sports spectacle.
