Firefighters from the Provincial Consortium of Castellón have rescued a motorcyclist who suffered a road departure on the CV-147, in Benicàssim, and fell down an embankment of about five meters.

The incident occurred on the CV-147, within the municipality of Benicàssim, when the driver of a motorcycle lost control and veered off the road. As a result, the motorcyclist fell down an embankment approximately five meters deep, necessitating an emergency intervention.
To carry out the rescue, units from the Parque de la Plana Alta of the Fire Consortium were mobilized. The accident area presented difficult accessibility, which complicated the evacuation efforts for the injured person.
Firefighters used a basket stretcher and a rope-guided extraction system to lift the motorcyclist from the slope. Once the operation was completed, the injured person was transferred to an ambulance for appropriate medical attention. No other vehicles were involved in the accident.
