The Benicàssim City Council has opened the application period, from April 15 to 30, for children and young people who wish to be the queens and court of honor for the 2026/2027 Patron Saint Festivities.

The town of Benicàssim is preparing for one of its most special moments with the call for applications to choose the new representatives for its festivities. Interested parties can submit their applications from April 15 to April 30.
The current representatives, Marta Mas Dinten and Ariadna Galán Zorrilla, along with their courts, will pass the baton to a new generation of festival participants. These individuals will be the protagonists in September, during the festivities in honor of Santo Tomás de Villanueva, and also in January 2027, for the celebrations of San Antonio Abad and Santa Águeda.
The children's court will consist of boys and girls born in 2016, while the youth court will include young people born in 2006, 2007, and 2008. In addition to living a unique experience, those selected “will represent Benicàssim in numerous traditional events throughout the province, becoming ambassadors of the essence and spirit of the municipality,” explained the mayor of Benicàssim, Susana Marqués.

"It is a unique opportunity to be part of Benicàssim's festive history and experience the festivities from within."

Elena Llobell · Councillor for Festivities
Interested individuals can submit their application easily through the City Council's electronic office or in person at the Citizen Information Service (SIC), from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, until April 30.
