Palasiet Wellness Clinic & Thalasso, a leading center for holistic health and thalassotherapy on the Costa del Azahar, is organizing the V Wellness Conferences, a series of six free lectures taking place between April and June.

This initiative aims to provide the community with practical tools to foster a healthier lifestyle and improve daily well-being. Although the conferences are free and open to the public, access is limited and requires prior reservation via email at jornadasdelbienestar@palasiet.com.
The program will begin on Thursday, April 16, at 7:00 PM with the presentation of the book Madonna no nació en Wisconsin, led by film director Nata Moreno. On April 30, David Vargas, founder of Regenera, will present the book Otra mirada es posible.
On May 21, Marisa Rodríguez, a pharmacist and expert in psychoneuroimmunology, along with Carlos Pérez, also a founder of Regenera, will discuss “Biology of Coherence: Body and Purpose.” Subsequently, on May 28, Marcos Vázquez, from Fitness Revolucionario, will deliver a lecture on “Longevity, from Theory to Practice.”
The conferences will continue on June 11 with Óscar Hurtado, from Élite Atleta, who will speak on “Trendy Superfoods vs. Mediterranean Diet: What Marketing Doesn't Tell You.” Finally, on June 26, Ana Morales, director of Belleza Vogue, will present the book Estado civil: cansada.
These conferences reaffirm Palasiet's commitment to promoting the holistic well-being of its participants.
