A breakdown recorded in a channel of the sanitation network, located on Peris street, has led the city council to expand the list of affected areas to 35 streets in Xàtiva. The supply cut will remain in effect throughout today.
Initially, a potable water supply cut in network n.º 2 had been announced for today, Wednesday, June 17, due to new connections on Pintor Rusinyol street. The estimated duration of the cut was from 9:15 AM to 3:00 PM. However, the new breakdown has necessitated modifications and an expansion of the list of affected streets.
The affected streets are distributed across different sectors of the city: Sector San Vicente (C/ Abad Pla, C/San Vicente, C/ Clerigos, C/ Arquitecto Juan Pavía, C/Engay, C/Bosch, Plaza Alejandro VI, C/ Ventres, C/ Embut, C/Bruns), Sector Noguera (C/Noguera, C/Vallés, C/Calderería, C/Peixcatería, Plaça del Mercat), Sector Peris (C/Peris, C/Mossen Urios, C/Farjas, C/Tomás, C/Sanchis) and Sector Moncada (C/ Moncada, Plaza Trinidad, Plaza y C/ Santa Ana, C/ Aparici, C/ Angel, C/ Pintor Rusinyol, C/ Caldes, C/ Portxets, Plaza y C/ Portal de Valencia, C/ San Pedro y Plaza San Pedro, Plaza Benlloch, C/ del Puig, C/ Fumeral, Plaza de la Morera, C/ Beneficencia).
