This initiative aims to offer parents the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the educational projects, facilities, and teaching staff before submitting their application. The visit schedule will run from late April to early May, covering the main centers in the municipality.
The open days will begin on April 28 at Col·legi Parroquial La Inmaculada, followed by CEIP Ausiàs March on April 29. In May, May 4 will be the turn of CEIP Lluís Vives, while on May 5, CEIP l'Horta and CEIP Jaume I will open their doors. The visits will conclude on May 6 with CEIP Rosa Serrano.
“"These open days are a key tool for families to learn about the educational offerings in the municipality and make an informed decision."
The Councillor for Education, Olga Sandrós, highlighted the importance of these sessions for families and reiterated the city council's commitment to facilitating the entire admission process. The deadline for submitting applications in the ordinary phase will be from May 7 to 18, and will be done electronically through the platform enabled by the Generalitat.
Provisional lists will be published on June 4, with a claims period until day 8. Definitive lists will be announced on June 18. Enrollment can be formalized online between June 18 and 29, or in person until July 2. An extraordinary phase has also been established from July 13 to 16, with results on day 23. Families without digital means can receive support at the educational centers.
