The municipality of Sedaví has opened a new plenary hall, designed as both an institutional space and a center for citizen participation, following its reconstruction after the DANA storm.

Sedaví has completed one of the most symbolic actions in the municipality's reconstruction process after the DANA storm: the inauguration of a new plenary hall. This space is conceived not only as an institutional venue but also as a center for citizen participation and gathering.
With a total investment of 598,930.89 euros, fully funded by the Government of Spain, the project was executed in two simultaneous phases. The objective was not only to restore the damage caused but also to improve the municipal building's facilities.
The remodeling has allowed for a complete redefinition of the plenary hall's distribution, increasing capacity and facilitating more flexible use. Among the novelties is the creation of an independent access that allows direct entry to the venue, as well as an exhibition area integrated into the glass facade, expanding possibilities for cultural and institutional use.
Furthermore, there has been a commitment to technological modernization with a new audiovisual and public address system that enhances the development of plenary sessions and other public events. This project is part of the global reconstruction plan promoted under the motto "We are all Sedaví," which seeks to turn adversity into an opportunity to advance towards a more resilient and efficient municipality.
In this vein, the Town Council has also strengthened transparency mechanisms with the launch of a digital platform (www.sedaviperaviure.es) that allows citizens to follow the status of ongoing works and initiatives in real-time. With this action, Sedaví takes another step in the recovery of its public spaces, opting for modern infrastructures that respond to current needs without losing sight of public service.
