The Town Hall of Alfafar has hosted the first presentation session for the Unified Social History (SISHU), a key tool promoted by the Generalitat Valenciana for unified social history management.

The event brought together coordinators and technical staff from various municipalities within Department 9, along with representatives from the Conselleria (Regional Ministry), aiming to introduce the new application. SISHU will serve as the foundation for implementing a common social management system throughout the Valencian territory.
SISHU's implementation is being carried out by departments and will enable municipal social services to operate with a single, shared digital tool. This will facilitate the consultation and management of social information from anywhere in the Valencian Community, regardless of the user's municipality of origin.
This system represents a first step towards future integration between the social and healthcare sectors. The tool will be linked to each user's SIP number, aiming to advance towards a unique socio-health record connected with ABUCASIS, the Generalitat's healthcare management platform.
The mayor of Alfafar, Juan Ramón Adsuara, highlighted the municipality's commitment to "innovation and modernization of public services" to offer more efficient and coordinated care. He added that integrating social and healthcare records will improve citizen care and move towards a model that is "more agile, closer, and adapted to the real needs of the population".
The mayor also emphasized that the project promotes a socio-health coordination model aimed at optimizing resources and enhancing the response capacity of public administrations. The presentation in Alfafar is part of the digital transformation of social services and the progressive implementation of tools to improve inter-administrative coordination and the quality of citizen care.
