This new municipal application, named CIVIS, will allow residents to quickly and easily report any incidents detected on public roads. This initiative aims to improve direct communication with the local administration and streamline the response to daily municipal problems.
Through this tool, citizens will be able to submit notices about damage or incidents and track the status of their processing at all times. This facilitates more efficient, close, and transparent management by the City Council.
“"This advancement helps us improve the municipal response capacity."
In addition to the main incident communication service, the application already allows users to consult news related to Alfafar, access updated information on on-call pharmacies, and request appointments at the Citizen Attention Service (SAC). The application thus expands the channels of interaction with the municipal administration.
During the presentation, it was also announced that the City Council is already working on a second phase of CIVIS development. This phase will incorporate new functionalities related to managing municipal registrations for activities, workshops, and courses, expanding the application's features in the coming months.
The launch of CIVIS is part of the Municipal Portals project promoted by the Diputación de Valencia, aimed at providing municipalities with digital tools that improve citizen services. With this initiative, the Alfafar City Council continues to advance in improving municipal services and incorporating digital solutions that facilitate direct communication with residents.
