An industrial fire at a cork factory in Bonrepòs i Mirambell was quickly brought under control by firefighters, preventing its spread and limiting damage to a single machine.

Personnel from the Provincial Fire Consortium intervened this afternoon in an industrial fire declared in a warehouse dedicated to cork manufacturing, located on Marina Avenue, in the municipality of Bonrepòs i Mirambell. The alert was received at 11:51 AM, activating an emergency operation to manage the situation.
Thanks to the rapid response of the firefighters, the blaze was controlled in time, preventing its spread to the rest of the facilities. According to operational sources, the fire only affected one machine, without causing significant structural damage to the warehouse.
Four units from the Moncada, Burjassot, Torrent, and Paterna fire stations participated in the intervention, along with a sergeant, a sector chief, and an officer. After securing the area and declaring the fire extinguished, the personnel concluded their service with no injuries reported.
