The President of the Generalitat, Juanfran Pérez Llorca, visited the construction site this Monday, accompanied by company representatives and the Mayor of Moncada, Amparo Orts. During the visit, the President highlighted the project's good progress and emphasized that the personnel selection process is already underway, which will generate great opportunities for the Valencian labor market.
“"The project is progressing well and will generate great opportunities for the Valencian labor market, favoring the attraction of local talent."
After completing the initial construction phase, work is now focused on the interior fitting-out of the plant. This facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology for the manufacture of heart valves, a key sector within the healthcare industry. The company's goal is to progressively consolidate its workforce to reach 1,200 employees by 2030, making it an important hub for skilled employment in the region.
President Pérez Llorca stressed that investments like this reflect the Generalitat's commitment to public-private collaboration as a way to promote high value-added industrial projects. In this regard, he recalled measures promoted by the Consell such as administrative simplification, tax incentives, infrastructure development, and the reinforcement of training oriented to business needs.
Initiatives like this contribute to revitalizing the economy, strengthening the productive fabric, and advancing towards a more sustainable and cohesive development model in the Valencian Community.
