A joint operation by the Civil Guard and Local Police has led to the dismantling of a drug dealing point hidden in the kitchen of a hospitality establishment in Massamagrell, resulting in the arrest of its owner.

The police action culminated in the arrest of a 57-year-old man, the business owner, accused of a crime against public health for drug trafficking. This intervention marks the fourth drug sales point deactivated in the town of Massamagrell over the past year.
During the search of the premises, agents discovered various substances prepared for distribution in the kitchen. Among the confiscated items were eight wraps of cocaine, 21 grams of marijuana, and 3 grams of hashish. In addition to the drugs, a precision scale and materials commonly used for preparing doses were found.
The investigation also revealed the presence of 1,365 euros in cash, hidden within the bar's furniture. Furthermore, two baseball bats, an automatic knife, and a throwing dagger were seized, adding to the evidence collected during the operation.
This police action aims to hinder small-scale drug distribution in Massamagrell, strengthening security and the fight against illicit substance trafficking in the l'Horta Nord region.
