La Granja Park in Burjassot will transform this weekend, April 25th and 26th, into a grand showcase for over 50 local businesses, services, and hospitality establishments, with the celebration of the XV Trade and Gastronomy Fair.

Organized by the Department of Commerce and Markets, in conjunction with CEMEF, the fair will open its doors on Saturday, April 25th, at 10:00 AM, with the official inauguration scheduled for 12:00 PM. Visitors will be able to explore a wide variety of products, from artisan jewelry and bookstores to mattresses, real estate, graphic design, pickles, sweets, shoe stores, fashion and accessories.
In addition to the commercial offerings, the fair will highlight its gastronomic proposal, where Burjassot's restaurateurs will offer the best tapas, combined dishes, Mediterranean and Latin cuisine, snacks, and slushies. There will also be stands from invited entities such as the Burjassot Orchid Association, AFIVAN, and the Emtre Science and Environmental Education Classroom.
The fair's hours will be extensive: on Saturday, it will be open from 10:00 AM until 1:30 AM, while on Sunday, the public can visit from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM. Throughout the weekend, various activities have been scheduled for all ages, including entertainment, art and drawing workshops, a participatory mural, and commercial demonstrations.
Residents of Burjassot are invited to participate in all these activities, including a dance demonstration by a renowned dancer's academy. The fair has the collaboration of the Burjassot Association of Merchants and Entrepreneurs and Caixa Popular, strengthening the local economic fabric.
