The Valencia City Council has referred two new cases of alleged irregularities in municipal registration to the Provincial Prosecutor's Office, adding to an ongoing investigation into similar incidents.

These new complaints join an already open file, initiated after a property owner reported unknown individuals registered at their address without any valid rental agreement. Municipal investigations suggest that in both cases, rental contracts with possible manipulations or falsifications were used.
The first complaint pertains to allegedly irregular rental contracts, which had already been reported to the Tax Agency and the National Police. The second complaint concerns the registration of five individuals at a residence without the owner's knowledge, with the owner even receiving official notifications addressed to these third parties.
