The 36th PROAVA Exhibition, held in València's Turia Garden, reaches its halfway point with a wide program of tastings, samplings, and musical performances for all audiences until next Monday, April 13.

This edition of the PROAVA Exhibition has established itself as an essential meeting point for professionals, families, and lovers of gastronomy and enological products from the Comunitat Valenciana. The event, which began on April 9 with a day dedicated to the professional sector, continues to offer a complete experience for all attendees.
Throughout the weekend and on Monday, April 13, visitors can enjoy guided tastings, showcookings, and presentations at the stands, where local producers share their passion for wine and gastronomy. Additionally, a family area has been set up with interactive and educational activities, designed to introduce enogastronomic culture to the youngest in an accessible and relaxed environment.
The program is complemented by live concerts that liven up the atmosphere and provide a perfect end to the days. On Monday, April 13, in particular, there will be a day specially dedicated to families. Among the highlighted activities, the Organic Agriculture Committee of the Comunitat Valenciana (CAECV) organizes commented tastings and samplings of organic products, with the participation of Vicent Faro and Regina Monsalve, president and general secretary of the CAECV, respectively.
The PROAVA Exhibition, which originated in 1987 in València's Plaza del Ayuntamiento, is the largest enogastronomic event in the Comunitat Valenciana. Organized by PROAVA, a non-profit entity, it has the support of institutions such as the Generalitat Valenciana and the Diputación de València, and the sponsorship of Caixa Popular and CajaMar.
