The Paterna City Council has announced the creation of a new Municipal Housing Office with the aim of simplifying citizens' access to public aid and improving information and advice on housing matters.

This initiative, as highlighted by Mayor Juan Antonio Sagredo, will provide a comprehensive citizen service. It will include information on state, regional, provincial, and local subsidies, as well as support in processing applications and personalized advice for each case.

"With the creation of this office, we take another step to bring the administration closer to residents, facilitating access to resources that are often not requested due to lack of knowledge or the complexity of the procedures."

The service will be provided through various channels to ensure accessibility, including telephone assistance, email, online meetings, and an itinerant in-person service that will visit different neighborhoods of the municipality, thus bringing the administration closer to all citizens of Paterna.
Among the services offered by this office is information on rental aid, programs such as the Youth Rental Voucher, subsidies for improving energy efficiency or housing rehabilitation, as well as guidance on accessing housing.
The launch of this Municipal Housing Office is part of the municipal policies promoted by the socialist executive, aimed at improving the quality of life for Paterna residents and guaranteeing access to essential public services.
