The city of Valencia will host the fourth edition of the family cycling event 'Pedal for the Planet' on Sunday, April 26. This free initiative combines sport, leisure, and environmental awareness in the Turia Gardens.

The event, which has become a consolidated fixture for Valencian families, will have its starting and finishing point near the Palau de la Música. The proposal includes a simple and accessible route for all ages, accompanied by a festive atmosphere and various activities for children.
The circular route, approximately 10 kilometers long, will run along the cycling path of the old Turia River bed. The journey will start from the Palau de la Música towards the Puente de las Glorias Valencianas, then return towards the Puente de Monteolivete, and conclude at the starting point.
Beyond the cycling, the day will be complemented by a Fan Zone, an area dedicated to workshops, children's games, and environmental education proposals. Additionally, there will be musical entertainment throughout the morning, including a performance by Xaranga'n Roll and a K-Pop show by Mundo Mágico.
Participation is completely free, but requires prior registration. All registered participants will receive a cyclist's kit with gifts, including a reusable bottle. There will also be raffles for five official jerseys, a children's bicycle, and cycling product sets.
