Representative taxi associations in Valencia have called a new mobilization for this Wednesday, which will include a slow march through the city center and a concentration in front of the Ministry of Infrastructures.

The protest, framed within negotiations for new regional mobility regulations and the sector's rejection of VTC 'intrusion,' will begin at 10:30 AM. Taxis will initially gather on Blanqueries Street near the Serranos Towers.
At 11:00 AM, a slow march will commence, passing through Tetuan Square, Colón Street, Xàtiva, Guillem de Castro, Àngel Guimerà, Linares Street, Avenida del Cid, and 9 d'Octubre Street. The mobilization will culminate with a honking protest in front of the Ministry of Infrastructures.
Concurrently, from 11 AM, a foot concentration will also take place in front of the Ministry's headquarters, in the 9 d'Octubre administrative city. Both protests are expected to conclude around 12:30 PM.

"Every day there are more black cars acting as taxis. If there are no solutions, we will hold one every week indefinitely."

Taxi associations have expressed their concern about the increase in VTC vehicles operating as taxis and have criticized the administration's lack of solutions, despite key dates such as the summer of 2025, the new president's investiture, Christmas, Fallas, and Easter having passed.
