This agreement, announced by the municipal spokesperson, involves a multi-year expenditure distributed between the budgetary years of 2026 (6,050 euros) and 2027 (11,979 euros), including VAT.
The call is aimed at professionals, design or illustration studios, advertising agencies, or companies in the sector with legal personality, as well as temporary business unions (UTE). Interested parties must submit their applications digitally through the municipal electronic headquarters.
Applications must include a dossier with a maximum of ten specific works related to the object of the commission, along with the personal curriculum or professional accreditation of each participant.
A selection committee, chaired by the Fallas councilor of the València City Council, will be responsible for choosing the winning proposal. This committee will consist of a designer/illustrator, two professionals designated by the Interagrupación de Fallas and the Gremio de Artistas Falleros, and a representative from the Junta Central Fallera.
Selection criteria include experience in similar projects, quality of developed works, and originality and creativity of proposals. Once the call is resolved, the selected professional or company will be invited to an informative session to learn about the technical and conceptual specifications necessary for the campaign.
The deadline for submitting applications is ten calendar days from the day following the publication of the bases on the edict board of the València City Council. After this period, the selection committee will hold the evaluation session within a maximum of ten days.
