The Valencia Provincial Council continues to improve the CIVIS application, a key platform for the relationship between citizens and local councils, by incorporating a new digital registration system for municipal activities.

The CIVIS app, already available to all Valencian municipalities, is consolidating as an accessible, dynamic, and intuitive tool, designed to facilitate its use for people of all ages. This system eliminates paperwork and centralizes the offering of municipal services.
In this new phase, the Provincial Council has integrated a registration service that allows users to sign up for municipal activities more quickly and easily. The platform functions as a centralized digital hub where all cultural, sports, or educational activities can be consulted, eliminating the need for paper forms. Additionally, it offers municipal managers a panel to validate applications and monitor changes.

"From the corporation, we continue to expand the services offered by CIVIS with the ultimate goal of making life easier for both citizens, who will be able to sign up for the activities they want in a much more agile and simple way, and municipal managers, who will obtain data and statistics on which activities generate the most interest, which will be useful for making future decisions."

This functionality has already been implemented in the municipalities of Alboraya and Puçol. The system allows users to access all available activities from a single point, thanks to a structured and secure database, operational 24 hours a day. The registration process is completed in a few steps: the user selects the activity and group, fills in their details, and submits the application, subsequently receiving confirmation of its status.
Among its features, the ability to track registrations in real-time and communicate directly with municipal managers to resolve doubts or make suggestions also stands out. From the administration's side, the system includes tools for managing dates, schedules, forms, and communications, facilitating the organization of activities.
The CIVIS app is structured into three main modules: incident management, registrations, and a system for requesting prior appointments and receiving real-time municipal information. Users can report public road issues, suggestions, or notices related to waste, lighting, parks, or urban furniture, with automatic geolocation. They will also receive alerts about activities, events, administrative deadlines, public campaigns, fee payments, supply cuts, works, transport changes, or weather alerts. In this way, the application consolidates as a unique direct communication channel between local councils and citizens.
