Cervezas Turia is launching a new edition of the Turia Tapas Route, which from June 4th to 14th will bring together 34 venues in Valencia to offer reinvented traditional tapas with a creative touch, accompanied by a Turia Stark for 4.5 euros.

Valencian culinary tradition is served in tapa format during the Turia Tapas Route, taking place from June 4th to 14th. This gastronomic initiative, promoted by Cervezas Turia, gathers 34 establishments from across the city of Valencia with the aim of reviving the taste of traditional tapas from a contemporary and creative perspective.
For ten days, participating bars and restaurants will offer a tapa inspired by traditional Valencian recipes, reinterpreted with new techniques, presentations, and nuances. Among the offerings, you'll find classics like 'calamar encebollado' (stewed squid), 'titaina del Cabañal' (a vegetable stew), Valencian sausage bread rolls, stuffed eggs, or 'clóchina valenciana' croquettes. Each tapa will be paired with a Turia Stark beer for a fixed price of 4.5 euros.
The initiative seeks to highlight Valencian popular gastronomy and vindicate the bar as a space for meeting and shared enjoyment. The route invites visitors to rediscover neighborhoods and establishments in the city through recipes that are part of the Valencian collective memory, covering areas such as Patraix, Ruzafa, Cánovas, Benicalap, Ciutat Vella, and the area around the Mercado de Colón.
In Patraix, venues like Cal Carrero will offer their fried cabbage croquettes, while Sacacorchos will present a 'pericana' toast. Terra de Mar will contribute its meatballs with 'titaina', and La Esquina de Mario the 'La Mascletà'. Ñam Ñam Bocatería will offer an eggplant millefeuille. Other proposals include stuffed eggs from El Tío Blas, garlic squid from La Paca, and crispy 'titaina' from Petraher.
The Cánovas and Ruzafa area will feature the 'coca almussafes' from Escama Cánovas, the 'Tosta Martínez' from Bar Martínez, and the 'montadito La Piula'. Torre de 1990 will reinterpret 'calamar encebollado', and La Madriguera del Topo the 'mosset de la Terreta' with Valencian sausage.
In the city center, Mi Cub and Las Cervezas del Mercado will offer 'titaina' and a white and black sausage montadito, respectively. Bar Nodo will serve 'titaina' with fresh tuna. D’Leite Porta de la Mar and D’Leite Magnánimo will present 'El Micalet', and Dodo’s a figatell toast.
In El Cabanyal and the fishing neighborhoods, Casa Guillermo will offer cured pork loin, and Bar Doblet a salad on roasted pepper toast. In Algirós, Pan de Azúcar will propose 'ensaladilla Sento', Bodega Albarizas 'ajoarriero', La Picaeta anchovy 'marinera', and Cal Blanco a toast with various ingredients.
Benicalap will feature grilled marinated pork ear from El Casinet and 'coca de titaina' from Escama Cortes Valencianas. In Ciutat Vella, Gilda & Company will offer artichoke gildas, Ninas Gastrobar 'esgarraet' toast, and La Botifarra a mini botifarra sandwich. Ravatxol will surprise with a 'titaina' sphere, and El León Tapas Bar with cod fritters.
The route is completed with the Valencian clam croquette 'La Perla Valenciana' from Hotel L&H and the squid salad toast from Sofía Bar. All tapas will be paired with a third of Turia Stark, the 'blonde beer of Valencia' revived in 2025.
Through this initiative, Cervezas Turia reaffirms its commitment to local gastronomic culture, connecting tradition and modernity and highlighting Valencian hospitality and inherited recipes.
