The The Burger Cup in Torrent has transformed Parc Central into a gastronomic meeting point, intensifying its program with extended hours from this Friday to Sunday, offering a culinary and festive experience for all audiences.
Since this Wednesday, the city of Torrent has been hosting The Burger Cup, an event that has turned Parc Central into the hub of urban gastronomy. After a well-attended start, the festival now faces its most intense period with the arrival of the weekend and extended hours. From this Friday, April 17, until Sunday, April 19, the event will be open continuously from 12:00 PM until 1:00 AM.
For five days, Torrent is the setting for one of the country's most prominent itinerant gastronomic festivals, bringing together some of Spain's most renowned burger joints. The proposal combines flavor, creativity, and culinary innovation, featuring gourmet burgers made with high-quality ingredients. Attendees can not only taste them but also vote for their favorite, adding a participatory component to the experience.
The festive atmosphere is another major attraction of The Burger Cup. The musical program, with live concerts and DJ sessions, contributes to creating a dynamic ambiance that accompanies both lunches and dinners. This weekend, with the extended hours, the largest influx of visitors is expected, solidifying the event as one of the main leisure plans in the city.
In addition to the prominent presence of food trucks from various parts of the country, local talent from Torrent is also featured with two highly anticipated proposals. Schüessler presents 'La Torrentina', a burger specially created for the occasion as a tribute to the city. Meanwhile, 'El Señor de las Donas' completes the offering with a sweet proposal including donuts loaded with toppings, cheesecakes, and ice creams.
The mayor of Torrent, Amparo Folgado, visited the venue at Parc Central this Thursday to check on the event's progress and the atmosphere generated. She highlighted the importance of these initiatives for the city, emphasizing that Torrent has established itself as a place where major events want to come for the enjoyment of its residents.
The gastronomic offer includes renowned burger establishments such as La Mea Aquí, Oficial Burger Lab, Vulcano Grill, Capitano Burger, The Burgers Mafia, Vulcano Arde, Neho World, and SCH Burger. Furthermore, The Burger Cup maintains its inclusive nature with free entry and activities for all ages, such as a children's showcooking for kids aged 3 to 12.
