This innovative contemporary improvisation proposal is based on a simple dynamic: at the beginning of each show, attendees write brief phrases on a mural that evoke personal memories. These can be moments, images, sensations, or fragments of life, serving as the starting point for live creation.
From this material, two performers, Alejandro Portaz and Alejandra Garrido, construct scenes, physical images, and scenic narratives in real-time. The show moves away from humorous improvisation to offer a more intimate and evocative exploration, giving theatrical form to possible memories.
The resulting pieces are like fragments of a living collage, some brief and others more developed, with tones ranging from luminosity to delicacy or even absurdity. The scenic fabric is built in a constant dialogue between the creators and the audience, where each written word leaves an imprint and activates a new scene.
Memorias invites us to view memory as a common, changing, and profoundly human territory. Because each performance happens only once. And it does not return.
This theatrical experience is an exercise in listening, presence, and shared creation, making each performance an ephemeral and unique event, highlighting the unrepeatable nature of memory and live art.
