SUMA 10 ticket was the most used in Metrovalencia in 2025 with 39.2 million journeys

Coordinated tickets and Generalitat measures to promote public transport dominate usage in the Metrovalencia network.

The SUMA 10 ticket was the most used in the Metrovalencia network during 2025, recording 39.2 million journeys and establishing itself as the preferred option for users.

The distribution of Metrovalencia transport tickets in 2025 has confirmed the predominance of coordinated tickets and support for the measures implemented by the Generalitat to promote public transport. The SUMA 10, which allows ten journeys with included transfer and a 40% discount, was used by 39,264,466 users, representing 42.8% of the total 91,640,139 recorded displacements.
This ticket, priced at 5.40 euros for ten journeys, is the most economical among the main metros in Spain, such as those in Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, or Seville. While in Valencia the cost per journey is 0.54 euros, in these other cities it ranges from 0.73 euros in Madrid to 1.25 euros in Barcelona.
The second most used ticket was the Jove 30, valid until June 30, which offered free travel to those under 31 and was replaced by the Mòbilis 30 (with a 50% discount) and the Mòbilis 14 (free). This ticket recorded 13,249,690 passengers, 14.4% of the total. In third place, the Mòbilis 30/SUMA Mensual Jove, which took over from the Jove 30 from July 1, accumulated 10,573,085 movements, 11.5% of the total.
The fourth most popular ticket was Recuperem València, a free card for residents of municipalities affected by the DANA, which generated 6,505,206 movements (7.07%). The TuiN card, with a euro balance and no associated zonal combination, took fifth place with 6,474,050 transactions (7.06%).
Between sixth and tenth place are the SUMA Mensual (5,363,319 movements), substitute buses (2,876,648), the single ticket (2,209,628), the Gent Major (1,337,050), and the SUMA T and T+ (1,256,177). It is worth noting that the Mòbilis 14, free for children up to 14 years old since July 1, was used by 580,208 users. Of the total traffic in 2025, 87% were made with coordinated tickets.
