From June 4th to 14th, Valencia will become a major showcase for popular gastronomy with the Turia Tapas Route, gathering 34 bars and restaurants to celebrate traditional Valencian recipes.

For 11 days, the initiative invites participants to explore different neighborhoods of the city, including Patraix, Ruzafa, Cánovas, Ciutat Vella, Benicalap, Algirós, and El Cabanyal, while enjoying tapas inspired by recognizable dishes such as titaina, esgarraet, blanc i negre, figatell, or stuffed eggs. Each establishment will offer its own unique creation paired with a Turia Stark beer for a combined price of 4.50 euros.
Participating venues will reinterpret traditional recipes with new presentations and techniques. Highlights include the fried cabbage croquette with blanc i negre from Cal Carrero, the pericana toast with pine nuts and alioli from Sacacorchos, the crunchy titaina from Petraher, or the stewed squid from Torre de 1990.
Other offerings include the mosset de la Terreta with Valencian sausage from La Madriguera del Topo, the traditional Cabanyal titaina served by Mi Cub, the blanc i negre montadito with broad bean mayonnaise from Las Cervezas del Mercado, the figatell toast from Dodo’s, or the titaina sphere topped with mojama from Ravatxol.
The route aims to highlight recipes that are part of Valencia's gastronomic identity, blending tradition and culinary creativity to rediscover the city's establishments.
