The Russafart biennial is celebrating its new edition in València from June 5th to 7th, under the theme 'Coto Público de Arte', filling the Russafa neighborhood with art, music, dance, and technology.

The Russafart biennial will hold its new edition from June 5th to 7th under the theme Coto Público de Arte. The program will extend across workshops, studios, shops, and exhibition spaces in the Russafa neighborhood of València. In addition to opening artist studios, there will be a wide range of parallel activities including concerts, workshops, performances, literary encounters, and projects linked to digital art.
For three days, the public can tour creation spaces, learn about work processes, and participate in activities spanning disciplines such as painting, sculpture, photography, ceramics, textile art, graphic design, muralism, video, music, and performance. The program aims to showcase both traditional artistic practices and experimental and participatory proposals.
The musical program will be present in numerous spaces along the route, featuring concerts and sessions ranging from chamber music and baroque repertoire to electronic, ambient, house, and DJ sets. In addition to performances, activities related to music culture have been scheduled, such as vinyl exchanges and proposals combining music and gastronomy.
Performing arts will occupy a prominent place with dance, performances, automaton theater, oral narration, and proposals inviting public participation. There will also be discussions, book presentations, colloquiums, and round tables on photography, literature, philosophy, and contemporary art.
Workshops constitute another focus of the program, with activities related to drawing, collage, printmaking, animation, experimental embroidery, cyanotype, blown glass, and typographic composition. The offering includes proposals for experienced artists as well as educational and family-oriented activities, alongside initiatives linked to 3D printing and other contemporary languages.
Russafart will feature the participation of cisma.art, a creator community working at the intersection of art, science, and technology. Their proposal will bring together three installations focused on the relationship between digital systems, perception, nature, and immersive experience: Stack Mundi by Solimán López, Núcleo by TarsLab, and Photon by Space Circles.
The program is completed with a graphic and plastic art market, a photo booth, and various participatory actions, as well as artistic interventions specifically conceived for public space and visitor interaction.
