The city of València is experiencing significant traffic complications this Friday morning, with over 12 kilometers of congestion on the main access roads to the capital due to roadworks and obstacles.

According to the latest data from the General Directorate of Traffic (DGT), no traffic accidents have been reported today. However, maintenance works and the presence of obstacles on the road are the main causes of widespread traffic jams.
The Mediterranean Highway (A-7) is the most affected route, with 4.5 kilometers of traffic jams near Paterna in the direction of Alicante due to roadworks in the municipality of Loriguilla. Additionally, a stopped vehicle has been reported near Riba-roja de Túria, blocking the right shoulder and adding to the usual heavy traffic. Towards Barcelona, the highway also has 1.5 kilometers of slow-moving traffic with sporadic stops.
The V-30 presents complications in the municipality of Paterna, where an obstacle on the road is causing bottlenecks for vehicles entering València from the north, with slow traffic extending for two kilometers. The southern access via the Pista de Silla (V-31) also shows complications near Forn d'Alcedo, with another fixed obstacle that, combined with the high volume of rush-hour traffic, is causing over two kilometers of dense traffic entering València.
The other main arteries of the València metropolitan area are experiencing typical rush-hour saturation, though without specific serious incidents. The A-3 (Madrid highway) has intense traffic at the junction with the V-30 and near Chiva and Quart de Poblet, with one kilometer of traffic jams. On the CV-35 (Ademuz road), congestion is concentrated between San Antonio de Benagéber and the entrance via Burjassot, spanning 1.5 kilometers. The V-21 (northern access) has dense traffic entering València with one kilometer of traffic jams before connecting with Avenida de Cataluña. Finally, the CV-36 (Torrent highway) shows relatively fluid traffic but accumulates one kilometer of dense traffic at its merge with the V-30 due to the latter's congestion.
