Logirail, the Renfe subsidiary, has launched a new public employment offer (OPE) to hire 201 people on a permanent basis, with Madrid being the city with the most available positions, a total of 82.

The admission phase for these positions began on April 10 and will run until April 24. The definitive list of admitted and excluded candidacies will be published on May 13, and the tests are expected to take place on May 23 and 24. The final lists for position allocation will be published on June 11.
Of the total of 201 positions announced, 16 are reserved for internal promotion of personnel already within the company. Additionally, 7% of the positions (14 in total) are reserved for people with disabilities, promoting labor inclusion.
Geographically, the largest offer is concentrated in Madrid, with 82 positions to be filled, followed by Barcelona, with 30 vacant positions. Burgos also stands out with 14, and Seville and Valencia with 9 positions each.
Prior to this call, Logirail carried out an internal mobility process for its permanent staff. In this initial process, a significant percentage of participants were able to change their destination within the company, reaching around 78% in Logistics and Operations and 50% in Railway Handling.
With these initiatives, the company aims to progressively move towards a model that favors internal mobility and provides new opportunities for all employees within the organization, fostering professional development and talent retention.
