The renovation of the Campanar building, affected by a fire in 2024, is progressing well with the expectation that residents will be able to return to their homes by the end of 2026.

Reconstruction work on the Campanar property is entering its final phase. According to municipal sources, structural repairs are already complete, and the ventilated facade is more than fifty percent finished. Exterior work is expected to be completed by the end of the summer, while the interiors of the homes are nearly finished, with flooring installation underway and kitchen installation scheduled for June.
The Valencia City Council highlighted the speed in granting the building permit, a process that helped accelerate the start of the renovation. Additionally, the council implemented measures such as a 95% discount on the construction, installation, and works tax (ICIO) to facilitate facade interventions, resulting in significant savings for the homeowners' association.

"The collaboration between the City Council and the owners has worked very well, and we are proud of how the work is progressing at a good pace. The forecast is that the works will be finished by the end of the year, and from then on, the residents can start returning to their homes."
