Istobal, the Valencian multinational specializing in vehicle washing and care solutions, closed the 2025 fiscal year with a total revenue of 199 million euros, representing a 14% increase compared to the previous year, and a net profit of 9.7 million euros.

The company recorded an Ebitda exceeding 17 million euros, maintaining a profitability close to 9% on sales. These results are attributed to the continuous improvement of its product range and the optimization of sales costs, which allowed for an EBIT of 15.5 million euros, 15% more than in 2024, as explained by the entity in a statement.
Istobal's growth, with a presence in over 80 countries, has been driven by a solid international expansion strategy. The opening of new subsidiaries in key markets contributed over 41 million euros to the Group's revenue and expanded Istobal's network to a total of 17 subsidiaries.
Over the past five years, the company has incorporated eight new international subsidiaries and created a new entity that integrates the entire chemical product value chain, including its own production plant. This sustained growth is supported by a direct sales model and customer proximity, backed by a team of over 1,200 professionals.
The group has shown particularly positive performance in Iberia, its home market, where it achieved a revenue of 60 million euros, an increase of 6 million compared to 2024. In 2025, equipment sales continue to be Istobal's main business line, with a 23% growth in revenue.
Furthermore, services and chemical products maintain their growth trend, with revenue increases of 20% and 22% respectively compared to 2024. These lines are consolidating as strategic levers, maximizing profitability and improving customer experience. In this regard, the company has strengthened its commitment to chemical products through its subsidiary Istobal Esens.
Additionally, the company recently launched a new factory in Massanassa (Valencia) to double production, expand manufacturing lines, and automate processes. The 2025 fiscal year was particularly important for Istobal as it coincided with the celebration of its 75th anniversary, a milestone that highlights decades of innovation and expansion.
The roadmap for 2026 is based on the entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, and the conviction that progress only makes sense if it is sustainable. Growth will be supported by the incorporation of the new subsidiary in Norway, the positive evolution in France, and the recovery of the American market.
