Importaco Surpasses 1 Billion Euros in Revenue

The company closes the 2025 fiscal year with a 12.7% growth in revenue and 41.4 million in profit, driven by nuts and mineral water businesses.

Valencian company Importaco has closed the 2025 fiscal year, surpassing 1 billion euros in revenue for the first time, with a 12.7% increase compared to the previous year, primarily driven by its nuts and mineral water businesses.

Profit after tax stood at 41.4 million euros, 36.8% higher than the previous year, reinforcing the company's financial solidity and growth capacity. In terms of volume, Importaco sold 122 million kilos of nuts and 1,058 million liters of mineral water, marking a 1.5% and 3.2% growth, respectively, compared to 2024.
"After exceeding 1 billion euros in revenue for the first time, Importaco will continue to drive its growth through quality, operational efficiency, and its commitment to people and sustainability," the company stated in a press release. For 2026, the company is embarking on a new cycle supported by its Strategic Plan, which includes investments of 140 million euros until 2028, aimed at enhancing its competitiveness and growth capacity.
Toño Pons, president of Importaco, highlighted, “2025 has been a historic year for the company. We have demonstrated our ability to continue growing in an increasingly complex environment thanks to the commitment of our people, the strength of our management model, and a shared long-term vision.”
Regarding investment and industrial growth, Importaco increased its investments by 51%, exceeding 31 million euros, the highest figure in recent years. Over 10 million euros were allocated to the mineral water business, primarily for capacity expansion projects and new bottling lines at the Fuente Arevalillo spring (Toledo). In the nuts business, more than 21 million euros were invested in industrial growth, process automation, improved production efficiency, and enhanced logistics capacity.
The company has also driven investments to strengthen its industrial capabilities, incorporate new technologies, and move towards more sustainable production models, focusing on process optimization, capacity increase, digitalization, and projects related to sustainability, traceability, and efficient resource management.
During 2025, the workforce grew by 2% to reach 2,549 people. Furthermore, the company has increased the number of women in management and pre-management positions by 8%. Within its Agricultural Integration Strategy, Importaco has surpassed 34,000 hectares managed under sustainable agricultural practices, collaborating with 670 farmers. Since 2020, managed agricultural area has increased by over 75% and the number of integrated farmers by nearly 48%.
The company has reinforced its quality, traceability, and food safety systems. During 2025, Importaco launched over 150 new products in categories such as healthy snacks, plant-based products, and new consumption formats, adapting to emerging market trends.
