The jury recognized the documentary Corren las liebres, which tells the story of a trans woman in her reintegration process, as the best feature-length documentary. Likewise, the award for best fiction feature film went to the Iranian production Between Dreams and Hopes, praised for its courage in addressing themes of identity and social vulnerability.
In the short film category, the festival awarded Porque hoy es sábado for fiction and La fuerza del silencio for documentary. Additionally, the 1 minuto, 1 derecho micro-film contest was won by a project submitted by students from a local educational center.
The organization highlighted the increase in participation in the official short film section, driven by the festival's recognition as a qualifying event for the Goya Awards. During the festival, the public attended discussions with filmmakers and activists at venues such as Cines Babel, Sala SGAE, and the Filmoteca valenciana.
