Two Popular Party deputies in Les Corts Valencianes have not registered any parliamentary initiatives in the first five months of the legislature, contrasting with the activity of other groups.

Since the legislature began in July 2023, five months have passed since the investiture plenary session. During this period, two parliamentarians from the Popular Party have not presented any initiatives in the chamber. These include a former president and the mayor of València, who is also a deputy.
Their inactivity contrasts with the average of their own group, where PP deputies have presented one initiative per month. The presence of one of the deputies in plenary sessions has been punctual, and they have not participated in meetings of the Regulation Committee, of which they are a spokesperson, as this committee has not met in the two years of the legislature.
The mayor of València, for her part, has also not registered any parliamentary activity. She has not asked questions in plenary, neither oral nor written, nor has she presented non-legislative proposals or requests for documentation in the 33 months of this autonomous legislature.
On the other hand, the opposition has shown great activity. The PSPV and Compromís have registered 38,000 and 15,000 initiatives respectively, while Vox, an ally of the PP, has presented 3,000. The PSPV totals almost 40,000 initiatives, with an average of 1,235 per deputy, with some members standing out with more than 5,000 initiatives.
