The Foundation for Business and Organizational Ethics (Étnor) has approved the appointment of Esther Guilabert as its new manager, a decision that strengthens its executive structure.

Guilabert, originally from Elche, assumes this role after her tenure at the Short-Stay Rental Employers' Organization (Fevitur). Previously, she served as general secretary of the Business Confederation of the Valencian Community (CEV), bringing extensive experience in the business sector.
The new manager succeeds Daniel González Serisola, who has recently been appointed manager of the University of Valencia. This change in leadership aims to continue advancing the foundation's objectives in promoting ethics within the business and organizational spheres.
The Étnor Foundation, based in Valencia, is dedicated to fostering ethical values in the business world, offering training and research to improve corporate social responsibility and governance.
