The Provincial Council of Valencia has announced an investment of 800,000 euros for the comprehensive renovation and expansion of the La Pobla de Farnals fire station, aiming to modernize its facilities and strengthen safety in the l'Horta Nord region.

This project, which seeks to adapt the station to current service standards, includes an expansion of 120 square meters, distributed over two floors. The new area will allow for a redistribution of the interior space to improve functionality and comfort for the professionals.
On the ground floor, essential areas such as the kitchen and dining room will be expanded. The first floor will be dedicated to improving rest areas with new dormitories, as well as a gym and renovated showers. The intervention also includes the replacement of carpentry and a general improvement of the plot where the station is located.

"This investment is not an isolated event, but rather a commitment to the continuous improvement of the Consortium's infrastructure. The objective is to offer firefighters useful, modern, and dignified workspaces."

The renovation of La Pobla de Farnals is part of an ambitious investment package of nearly 30 million euros approved by the Provincial Consortium's General Assembly. This plan includes the renewal of equipment, the acquisition of new vehicles, and the improvement of various fire stations throughout the province. One of the most immediate actions will be the rehabilitation of the Torrent station, scheduled for next May.
