BIOPARC Valencia has opened the registration period for its summer holiday school, 'Expedition Africa', an initiative that combines education and fun for nature-loving children.

This program, which the park has offered for 18 years, allows participants to discover the inner workings of BIOPARC and get involved in animal welfare tasks. The aim is for the little ones to understand the importance of studying species' behavior, adapting facilities, and personalized environmental enrichment.
The holiday school includes a comprehensive program of activities such as themed scavenger hunts, workshops, experiments, animal behavior observation, and visits to the technical area. This allows participants to learn firsthand about the daily work of BIOPARC Valencia's expert team and its commitment to biodiversity protection.
This year's edition, called 'The Atlas of Legendary Creatures', combines mythology and science to surprise with the animal world and foster an understanding of its conservation. The offer is divided into 'Club Natura', a three-day experience (June 23, 25, and 26) for those born between 2014 and 2020, and 'Expedition Africa', which from June 29 is structured into 'Little ADVENTURE' and 'Great ADVENTURE' for primary school students.
The school schedule is from 9 AM to 4:30 PM. The fee for 'Club NATURA' is €165 and for 'ADVENTURE Week' is €260, including lunch, dinner, snack, and all materials. Reduced rates are available for holders of the annual B! pass, large or single-parent families, and for the registration of two or more family members on the same dates. Places are limited, so it is recommended to process applications promptly through the BIOPARC website.
