The Montanejos Tourism Foundation has begun a new phase of renewing municipal tourist signage, replacing deteriorated panels and updating content to strengthen the destination's image.

The Montanejos Tourism Foundation has initiated a new phase of renewing the municipality's tourist signage. The objective is to enhance the destination's informative and visual image, replace panels that have deteriorated over time, and progressively adapt these elements to the new corporate image of Montanejos.
The work has focused on points of tourist and heritage interest such as the Arab Tower, the Alquería Hermitage, and the Parish Church. New information panels have been installed in these locations, updating the previous aesthetic and offering revised and expanded content.
This intervention addresses the need to replace signage affected by the passage of time or exposure to the elements. It also aims to move towards a more homogeneous and well-maintained image of the town as a tourist destination.

"The initiative stems from the desire to renew the tourist signage that was deteriorated and adapt it to Montanejos' new corporate brand image."

Sebastián Gómez · Director of the Montanejos Tourism Foundation
The texts for the new panels were developed by the Tourism Foundation itself. The previous signage's information served as a base, but new documentation found in historical press was also incorporated.
This action continues the tourist signage improvement plan initiated last year, when the Foundation renewed and expanded information panels at sites like Morrón de Campos, Monte La Copa, and the Puente Nuevo viewpoint.
