The 'Senderos del Arte' (Art Paths) route in Tibi, a project that merges art and nature in the interior of Alicante province, today incorporates three new sculptures by Aurora Perales, Cristina Ferrández, and Eduardo Lastres.

This project, promoted by the La Mácula del Tiempo Cultural Foundation in collaboration with the Tibi Town Council and Asisa, aims to bring art to the interior of Alicante province. The objective is to create a cultural circuit through scenic routes in the natural environment of the Tibi reservoir and the municipality itself, with a focus on the national and international projection of artists, offering a sustainable and environmentally friendly artistic alternative.
The 'Senderos del Arte' route was inaugurated in 2024 with the work of Extremaduran artist Florentino Díaz, installed at Ull de la Font. Subsequently, in 2025, a piece by Alcoy-born Núria Fuster was added near the reservoir. The three new works are inaugurated this Tuesday, April 14, starting at 7:30 PM.
The route begins at Ull de la Font, where Florentino Díaz's work, Espacios para el no hablar, can be seen. Along the same path, Aurora Perales's new piece, Rejas, una ventana para ver el paisaje, an award-winning work from previous competitions, has been installed. Next, Lastres's stainless steel sculpture, titled Luminarias, located at the Els Llorers street viewpoint, will be unveiled.
Finally, around 8:45 PM, the visual and light installation by Alicante artist Cristina Ferrández, Constelación de encuentros, will be presented at Tibi Castle. This work, which connects European towns through art, uses LED light strips to draw lines in space that will be visible from the town. At the castle, there will also be live music by Mayte Abargues, principal flutist of the ADDA Simfònica orchestra, who will perform a piece by Debussy.
The foundation is already preparing two new sculptural proposals, which it plans to present by the end of the year.
