The L'Alcora City Council has begun a series of meetings with various social entities to understand their needs and strengthen the social support network in the municipality.

This initiative aims to reinforce coordination and continue advancing the development of the local social welfare model. These meetings, which include provincial-level entities, allow for a review of joint work and the exploration of new synergies for better care of vulnerable individuals.
Among the entities initially visited are Red Cross, Food Bank, ALCER Castalia, and the Castellón Against Cancer Association. The round of contacts continues with the Ateneu Acquired Brain Injury Association-Foundation and the Down Syndrome Castellón Foundation, groups that perform essential work and maintain close ties with the municipality of l'Alcora.

"These entities perform essential work that complements that of the administration. Listening to them and collaborating with them allows us to provide a better response to the real needs of the citizenry."

Municipal officials have emphasized the importance of maintaining a close and constant relationship with the associative fabric. The round of contacts will continue in the coming weeks with new visits to entities such as AVAF, COCEMFE, and Isonomia, among others.
The council stresses that these types of meetings contribute to consolidating a line of work based on active listening, cooperation, and continuous improvement of social services and resources, with the aim of moving towards a more accessible, inclusive, and committed municipality.
