The judge presiding over the Torrent court has ordered provisional, communicated, and no-bail detention for the man investigated for the death of another person in a fight in Aldaia.

The alleged perpetrator, who is being investigated for homicide or murder, will be remanded in custody while the investigation progresses. This decision was made by the Torrent court handling the case.
The incident occurred last Tuesday in an abandoned shack near an industrial estate in Aldaia. Several individuals, possibly squatters in the property, became involved in a fight where one person fatally wounded another with a bladed weapon.
Following the incident, the Guardia Civil arrested two individuals. One has been sent to provisional prison, while the other is under investigation for embezzlement, in connection with the events that took place.
