The Ministry of Education and the five unions of the Negotiation Table are holding their ninth meeting today to try to end the indefinite strike of teachers in the Comunitat Valenciana, which has already completed fifteen academic days.

The meeting, which was brought forward to this Sunday at 6 PM, will analyze the latest agreement proposals sent by the Generalitat. Teachers gathered last Friday in the Plaza de la Virgen in València, in front of the Palau de la Generalitat, thus concluding the third week of protest without reaching an agreement with the administration on their demands.
This is the ninth meeting since the indefinite strike of non-university public education teachers in the Comunitat Valenciana began on May 11. The Ministry of Education is seeking to improve its offer to accelerate the reduction of class sizes, one of the unions' main demands.
