The magistrate issued a decree this Tuesday, at the request of the Prosecutor's Office, to urgently request from the council the complete file and other documents related to the bidding and allocation of the municipal plot of 8,618 square meters where the urbanization was built.
This documentation must be available before the statements scheduled for next May 20. On that date, the judge has re-summoned the three City Council officials who did not appear in the investigating court last Friday, May 8.
Additionally, the judge has also asked the Les Naus cooperative for the incorporation acts from June 2018, as well as those of the general assembly and the board of trustees or governing council. She also demands the list of founding partners and the contracts signed between the cooperative and three commercial companies.
The decree also includes a request from the defense of a former municipal general director and former head of the Alicante City Council's Contracting Service. In this case, the magistrate requires the council for two files related to the plot's alienation procedure and the administrative background linked to the process since 2016.
