Club Balonmano Elche and the carpet brand Atticgo, from Crevillent, will go their separate ways at the end of the current season, concluding a four-year main sponsorship that has marked a historic period for the sports entity.

The partnership between both entities, which has lasted for the past four campaigns, will end once the current contract expires. The Elche club announced this on Friday, bringing to a close one of the most brilliant periods in Balonmano Elche's recent history.
During this time, the Elche team has experienced remarkable sporting growth, establishing itself as a benchmark in women's handball both nationally and in Europe. This evolution has allowed the club to achieve unprecedented milestones.
The highlight of this fruitful collaboration came in 2024 with the conquest of the EHF European Cup. This continental title was not only the first in the club's history but also the first official success of this magnitude for Elche sports, marking a before and after.
In addition to the European triumph, the team has maintained consistent competitiveness in the Liga Guerreras Iberdrola, securing three consecutive runner-up finishes. This consistency has established them as a regular title contender and allowed them to qualify for various European competitions.
The relationship with Atticgo has also coincided with significant institutional and social development for Balonmano Elche. The club has strengthened its internal structure, boosted its youth academy, and increased its presence and recognition in the national sports scene.
The Elche club has expressed its deep gratitude to Atticgo for the unconditional support received over these years, emphasizing that the company has been a “key ally” in the development and success of the sports project.
