Alicante Flower Offering: Schedule and Order of Booths

The traditional Flower Offering of the Alicante Hogueras will begin today at 6:00 PM, with a procession through the city center to the San Nicolás Co-Cathedral.

The Flower Offering, one of the oldest and most traditional events of the Hogueras de Alicante, will commence today, Sunday, at 6:00 PM. This parade, dating back to 1941, will feature the beauties and ladies of each hoguera offering their bouquets of flowers to the Virgen del Remedio, the city's patron saint. The official route will start at Plaza de Luceros, continue along Alfonso El Sabio Avenue, the Rambla, San José Street to the San Nicolás Co-Cathedral, and conclude at the City Hall Square.
This first day will see the participation of 67 hogueras and barracas. The parade will be closed by the Child Belleza del Foc, Leire Arellano, from the Plaza del Mediterráneo hoguera, and her maids of honor. Monday, June 22nd, will be for the remaining hogueras and barracas, with the Belleza del Foc, María Pastor, from the Explanada hoguera, bringing the event to a close.
The order of departures for the first day of the offering, starting at 6:00 PM, includes hogueras such as Bola de Oro, Sagrada Familia (6:45 PM), Sant Nicolau de Bari i Benisaudet (7:20 PM), Santa Isabel (7:59 PM), Princesa Mercedes (8:26 PM), and Plaza del Mediterráneo (8:53 PM), among many others.
