The Parc de Sant Vicent will once again be the central hub for these festivities, which will reach their peak with the rogativa (procession) on Monday, April 13th.
The first weekend will feature some of the most popular events. On Sunday, April 12th, the XXVI Paella Festival will take place, one of the most anticipated gatherings, followed by musical entertainment in the afternoon with the group Valera. The day before, on Saturday, April 11th, Plaça Partidors will host performances by the groups Bèrnia and La Trocamba Matanusca.
The traditional rogativa, a central act of the festivities, will be held on Monday, April 13th, the day of the co-patron saint. The image of Sant Vicent will be moved to the park, where a popular breakfast and a mass at the hermitage will take place. Due to ongoing works in Plaça Major, the subsequent celebration will be relocated to the Pla de l'Arc parking lot, where the Tokyo Band orchestra will perform starting at 3:00 PM. The municipal decree will regulate the schedules and permitted areas for making fires in the park between April 12th and 14th.
The cultural program also includes family theater with Fabulant on April 10th, and Ballant, ballant. 30 anys by Teatre El Micalet on April 16th. Music will play a significant role with concerts by the Banda UDP Llíria-Camp de Túria-Serrans on April 15th, and the Orquestra de Plectre 'El Micalet' and the Banda Simfònica Unió Musical, performing with Barcelona Clarinet Players on April 18th. There will also be a tribute night to Extremoduro on April 17th and popular activities such as a communal dinner and the XIII 10K de Sant Vicent, scheduled for April 18th.
The festivities will conclude on Sunday, April 19th with traditional morning events: mass, a parade, and a mascletà (firecracker display) that will be set off at the beginning of Pla de l'Arc street. In the afternoon, the solemn procession will commence at 7:30 PM from the Basílica de l'Assumpció.
