Archery has made a strong comeback in Sagunt thanks to the organization of the first outdoor league shoot of the Valencian Community by the Arqueros de Morvedre club. The event, which took place on April 11 and 12 at the Xulla Shooting Range, brought together over 130 archers, marking the return of a competition of this magnitude after more than twenty years.
The success of the event was the result of the dedication and passion of the club members, who demonstrated great commitment in managing the competition. This involvement was key to overcoming minor unforeseen issues and ensuring the smooth running of the event, which stood out for the high technical level of the participants.
The shoot included five different bow modalities and distances ranging from 70 to 15 meters, highlighting the richness and diversity of this sport. The atmosphere of both days was exemplary, characterized by sportsmanship and camaraderie among the various participating clubs, solidifying this event as a benchmark in the regional calendar.
With initiatives like this, Arqueros de Morvedre continues to promote archery in the Valencian Community, building on passion, teamwork, and experience to foster this sport.
