Grupo Soledad, headquartered in Elche, has formalized the extension of its tire supply contract with Grupo Tragsa until June 2027, with an increase of 308,842.80 euros, and has been awarded a service contract at Jerez Airport.

The Elche-based company, through its subsidiary Neumáticos Soledad, will continue to provide new tire supply and fitting services for the Tragsa Group's fleet for two more years. This extension has been formalized through an addendum that will extend both the validity period and the amount of the initial contract, which covered lot 1 for tire maintenance on public company vehicles, including cars, vans, off-road vehicles, and trucks.
The original contract was awarded in May 2025 and formalized in June of the same year, with a planned validity until June 11, 2026. The addendum now signed by both parties establishes an extension of the term until June 2027, ensuring the continuity of the service for an additional full year. In addition to the temporal extension, the document also incorporates an economic modification, increasing the contract amount by an additional 308,842.80 euros for the extension period. With this expansion, the total value of the contract, given its open nature, could reach 617,685.60 euros.
Furthermore, Neumáticos Soledad has also been awarded a contract at Jerez Airport, dependent on Aena, for the repair of a vehicle. This contract, awarded for a final amount of 9,428.3 euros including taxes after a simplified minor procedure, was formalized this month with a single offer submitted and resolved according to the best value for money criterion. The service has an execution period of 30 days and will be carried out at the facilities of the Cadiz airport.
These movements occur at a time of internal handover and reorganization for the group based in Elche Business Park. The company is immersed in a family strategic and generational succession plan, having launched its new holding company, Grupo Soledad Global, at the beginning of the year. This structural reorganization includes moves such as the partial spin-off of Grupeva and the establishment of Grupo Soledad Global as the parent company.
