The exhibition features 42 images by photographer Miguel Vizcaíno, taken during the international cooperation projects that the Foundation carries out in Senegal. These photographs focus on child disability and Early Intervention.
In addition to the photographic display, students will be able to watch the documentary «Entre Manos», which will be used as an educational tool within the center's teaching plan. This initiative seeks to bring realities related to childhood, disability, inclusion, and international cooperation closer to young people.
“"The objective of this initiative is to bring realities related to childhood, disability, inclusion, and international cooperation closer to the student community, fostering reflection, empathy, and critical thinking among young people."
Through the images and the documentary, students will gain insight into the work carried out by the Child Health Foundation in both Spain and Senegal, demonstrating how Early Intervention and family support can transform lives in very different contexts.
The Foundation also highlights the importance of taking these projects beyond traditional exhibition spaces, turning the exhibition into a pedagogical and awareness-raising tool within educational centers. «Entre Manos» has previously been exhibited in various cultural venues in Elche and now continues its tour through the city's institutes, with the aim of further bringing these realities to the young population.
